How much money can be sent with the Poni® System?
    You may send up to $3000 pesos, per person, per day.
What is needed to send money using the Poni® Card System?
    You only need a purchased Poni® PIN and a Poni® Cash Card to transfer the complete peso
    amount.
Buyer Protection
    You are entitled to a full refund of the Poni® PIN you purchased if you are not satisfied with the product.

Must I withdraw the entire amount of the purchased PIN?
         Yes, you must.  No balance can remain on the PIN.

How does Poni® work in Mexico?
    The recipient needs to pick up a Poni® Cash Card from an authorized distributor location.
