In Mexico or the United States: The customer purchases a Poni PIN denominated in pesos up to $3,000 pesos. The Poni PIN
is printed on register receipt or a fax receipt, or soon on-line! The customer can then make a call or text their recipient to
disclose the PIN.
To retrieve funds In Mexico: The relative receives a Poni Cash Card (for use at over 35,000 ATMs) by visiting a local retailer
location which can be found here. The card holder simply inserts or swipes the Poni Cash Card in the ATM card slot, enters
the purchased PIN and the withdrawal amount, and the machine dispenses the full amount of the transfer.
There are no ATM fees charged. The value of the PIN is pre-set at up to $3,000 Mexican Pesos. It’s simple, safe, and hassle-
free. Additionally, a portion of each Poni PIN purchase goes to the Poni Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to
improving the lives of Mexican migrants and their families.
